Welcome to my blog-not. The title is not to say that I don't offer some of my personal side, but this corner of the site is dedicated to more than the traditional blog. I just have make the time to get to it!
I think the new area that excites me the most is the online community. I've always wanted an area where people can share ideas and interact on all the topics that stimulate our growth and well-being.

There is a new book title out that I would not be surprised to hear on everyone's lips soon. Apparently the food industry has taken over where the tobacco industry left off. I wrote about it in the new SpiritNetwork Forum.

Some HAPPY NEWS for a change...
Are you an empath like me who finds the news too toxic for your system? I really want to keep up with current events, but I seem to need to take small doses at a time. I just did some searching for where I might find just the good news for a change. I actually found a couple of sites, but I wanted to share "Happy News" with you.
