(Theosophy) Brotherhood of masters guarding the planet.

greater mind

Subconscious or soul-mind, as opposed to the conscious mind.

grounding

Becoming oriented or re-oriented with ones physical surroundings.

group mind

The blended consciousness of a number of associated people.

group soul

The collection of unique qualities a group creates as it comes together to form a group action through an agreed-upon purpose or direction abound a goal, a leader, or a central atom.

guardian angel

A protective presence who may be summoned to strengthen our souls as we meet the challenges of human incarnation.

guardian spirit

A spirit entity who assumes responsibility for care and protection of a person who has been selected because of compatible personality traits.

guidance

Connecting with the inner self that provides a sense of knowing as we attune to a higher dimension of self. Until we connect with guidance from within, we need guidance from an outer mentor, a moral code, or ethical philosophy.

guide

A member of a sensitive's spirit group who assumes a role of protecting, guiding and influencing the daily life and destiny and assisting in creating understanding of spiritual truths.

guided imagery

An exercise to develop the imagination in which a guide leads people to visualize through suggestions and symbols.

guru

1. Teacher, preceptor. 2. Spiritual guide who leads the student from darkness into the light, personification of truth for the disciple.

gyrate

A circular movement of a pendulum. All movements have symbolic meaning to the practitioner regarding data desired.

gyromancy

Divination by walking round a chalked circle and noting the position of the body in relation to the circle.
