Shipping and Handling Fees:
Tangible products have a shipping fee based upon the "Ship To;" address. The shipping and handling fees are a flat rate per order.
Returns:
All tangible products have a 30 day warranty for defects in materials and workmanship. The returned product will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Shipping charges are refundable for items not received as represented.
All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us. Please use our contact form to request your RMA number. Please give a brief description of why you are returning the product. We will email you the RMA # to include with your returned product.
