Reiki is known for aiding relaxation, assisting in the body’s natural healing processes, and developing emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. It is also said to induce deep relaxation, help people cope with difficulties, relieve emotional stress, and improve overall well-being.
Reiki I class includes a Reiki I Attunement (receiving of Reiki Energy) along with complete training in the use of the Usui Reiki technique. The student will be taught hand positions, the history of Reiki, and how to use this wonderful Universal Life Energy. Students will receive a Reiki Level One Booklet as well as a Certificate of completion. Specific instructions will be given as to how to apply Reiki energy to yourself, as well as to others.
Please note a flight of stairs is required.
